Edison brings over 8 years of hands-on experience in New York City's residential renovation market. Before founding G Project Design Studio, he worked as Senior Interior Designer at Design and Build companies in Midtown Manhattan, where he led design, procurement, and project management for high-end residential renovations.

He currently also serves as Project Manager at a New York construction firm — meaning his understanding of how buildings actually get built, permitted, and inspected is current, not theoretical.

G Project was founded with a clear purpose: to offer clients a single point of contact who understands design, procurement, and construction — and can move seamlessly between all three without the client having to manage the handoffs themselves.

Does it look and feel right? Is the proportion correct? Does the spatial sequence make sense for how the client actually lives? These questions come first — before budget, before timeline.

Financial Return

Does this renovation decision improve the property's value? Where does design spend generate the highest return in this specific market, building, and unit type? Every dollar should work harder.

Buildability

Can this actually be built — legally, structurally, within budget? Beautiful designs that fail permitting or collapse under contractor bids are not good designs. Buildability is non-negotiable.
