Design Development

Full 3D visualization, material selection, finish schedules, and custom millwork design finalized. All decisions documented in a complete specification package.

Procurement & Permitting

All materials sourced and ordered at trade pricing. NYC DOB permits filed if required. Contractor scope issued. No construction begins without a complete material plan.

Construction & Sign-Off

On-site supervision throughout construction. Regular client updates. Final punch list and sign-off delivered with full documentation of all materials and specifications.
