Already have a designer? That's fine — this service can work from an established design direction supplied by you or your designer.
Building/management review and DOB filing are a separate scope. They involve different work and, in many cases, other licensed professionals.
Submission, additional professionals, and related filings are confirmed per engagement. Responsibility for who submits and files is agreed up front.
We support the review through to approval. We prepare the drawings and revise them in response to the building's or management's comments, staying with the project until it's approved.
This service is drawings and documentation only. It does not include procurement, material recommendations, or construction management unless separately engaged.
