Materials, Finishes & Custom Millwork

Comprehensive finish selection including tile, stone, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, plumbing fixtures, and lighting — sourced through an established vendor network.

Execution

Procurement & Construction Oversight

Full procurement management, contractor coordination, and on-site supervision from demolition through final installation and punch list sign-off.

How We Work

Five phases,

A full interior project typically follows a structured five-phase process, designed to reduce surprises and keep design, sourcing, and construction aligned.

Discovery & Brief

Site visit, measurement, and a detailed programming session to define goals, constraints, lifestyle needs, and budget parameters before any design begins.

Concept Development

Spatial planning, layout studies, and mood direction established. A clear design direction is agreed upon before moving into detailed specification.

Design Development

Full 3D visualization, material selection, finish schedules, and custom millwork design finalized. All decisions documented in a complete specification package.

Procurement & Permitting

Materials sourced and ordered through vendor relationships. NYC DOB permits coordinated where required. Contractor scope issued. Construction starts from a complete material plan.

Construction & Sign-Off

On-site supervision throughout construction. Regular client updates. Final punch list and sign-off delivered with full documentation of all materials and specifications.
